Last April Miso Jang won our local Distinguished Young Woman Of Pocatello/Chubbuck. She then represented our city at the state program and won the Distinguished Young Woman of Idaho which made her eligible to participate in the national program in Mobile Alabama. We decided she needed our support and we were happy to take the trip. The end of June, the same week that Brett and Dave went to Alaska, Melanie and I and Libby and Elizabeth flew out together. We ate at Ed's Seafood Shack the first night. We saw alligators right off the deck we were eating on!
We went to a mansion and walked around the grounds. It was hot and muggy.
We went to the beach......it wasn't like a Hawaii beach.

We shopped and shopped, went on a tour of some gardens and a submarine and attended the program 3 evenings. Miso did a fabulous job amid some very talented girls from all over the country. It was so much fun and we were proud of Miso.
